In November last year, NewJeans announced the termination of its exclusive contract with the company, and announced its new name as NJZ and started its own activities. Since then, the company has filed a lawsuit against NewJeans to confirm the validity of its exclusive contract and applied for a provisional injunction to preserve the agency’s status and ban the conclusion of the advertising contract.
