Shortly before “Egghead” return: short anime “One Piece in Love” started

Shortly before the “egghead” arc of “One Piece” continues after a six-month break, a new spin-off anime started today with “One Piece in Love” (Japanese: “Koisuru One Piece”). We summarize.

Short anime for social media

“One Piece in Love” was specially produced for the social media platforms YouTube, Tiktok and Instagram. The individual episodes are therefore published in portrait format and in several parts of about one to two minutes.

The first of five episodes were uploaded to five parts today. The other episodes should appear in daily rhythm until the return of “One Piece” on April 5, 2025. However, subtitles are not available.

The short anime is based on the Gag-Manga of the same name by Daiki Ihara, which was published in the »Shonen Jump+« app from June 2018 to November 2021. A new chapter was announced for April 10, 2025.
