On the X account of the anime adaptation of »Aoashi« it was announced today that it continues with a second season. We summarize.
Second season starts in 2026
The second season is expected to be broadcast on Japanese television in the course of 2026. The Studio TMS Entertainment is responsible for production. So far, more details have been pending.
The 24-part first season, which was created under the direction of Akira Satou (“Kinnikuman Perfect Origin Arc”) in the Studio Production IG, was shown from April to September 2022 at Crunchyroll in the original tone with German subtitles in the Simulcast.
The series is based on Yuugo Kobayashi’s original manga series of the same name, which has been published by Shogakukan in the “Big Comic Spirits” magazine since January 2015. The work in this country is not yet available.
