On the official X-account of the upcoming anime implementation of “Wandance” it was announced today that it will start on Japanese television in October 2025. You can watch a new visual below.

“Wandance” is being created under the direction of director Michiya Katou (“Kanashiki Debu Neko-Chan”) in the studios Cyclone Graphics and Madhouse. The K-POP choreographer Riehata acts as a dance producer.
In the main roles of the Japanese speaker cast, Hina Youmiya (Anna Yamada in “The Dangers In My Heart”) as Hikari Wanda and Kouki Uchiyama (Akito Yamada in “My Love Story with Yamada-Kun at Lv999”) can be heard as Kaboku Kotani. The VoD service Disney+ shows the series in the original sound with subtitles in the Simulcast.
The original manga series of the same name by Coffee has been published in the “Afternoon” magazine in Japan since January 2019. In this country, the work comes into the market by the Manga Cult publishing house with German translation.
