After 10 years, author Kohei Horikoshi’s hit manga My Hero Academia has reached its conclusion with Chapter 430. By that point, the manga had a lot of loose ends to tie up for its ensemble cast, and Chapter 430 did its best to tie them all up. Aside from that, a few notable characters got solid endings to their own arcs in the chapters leading up to the end, such as Toya Todoroki. All of the best characters had a worthwhile sendoff as they faced the future together, but that party didn’t quite include everyone.

Other My Hero Academia characters ended up with lackluster endings or got none at all, and that is a natural consequence of having such a huge array of protagonists in this ensemble manga. Some of those characters simply vanished from the narrative without getting a proper ending, so it’s up to those characters’ fans to imagine how their lives turned out after My Hero Academia‘s eight-year time skip.

Not long after All Might’s retirement, My Hero Academia manga and anime fans met the big three students of UA, including the timid Tamaki Amajiki, also known as Suneater. In a few noteworthy battles, Tamaki powered up and gained confidence in himself, such as when he helped his friends and Katsuki Bakugo take on Tomura Shigaraki in recent anime episodes.
