The Marines are one of the main factions in One Piece, and Monkey D. Garp is one of the organization’s Vice Admirals. Garp is a legend who has battled legendary pirates like Gol D. Roger and Rocks D. Xebec. He has been offered an Admiral position multiple times, but he keeps refusing because he believes the promotion would limit his freedom. Garp is now in his late 70s, but he can still destroy a number of pirates.
Garp can use all three types of Haki, and he can use advanced Armament and Conqueror’s Haki. His Galaxy Impact attack uses advanced Conqueror’s Haki, and it can level an entire city. Garp can destroy most pirates who possess bounties below 500 million berries, but he can also take out pirates with much higher bounties.
Pica is one of the top three officers of the Donquixote Pirates, and he was one of the major antagonists of the Dressrosa Arc. He ate the Stone-Stone Fruit – a special Paramecia that gives its user the power to merge with stone. They can also manipulate the assimilated stone however they want. Pica used this power to fuse with Dressrosa castle, and he reshaped the structure to create a gigantic stone version of himself.
