10 Bleach Characters Who Deserve More Love

With complex motivations, a unique set of powers, and unmatched character designs, Bleach deserves a lot more recognition for its highly memorable cast. Tite Kubo’s series about supernatural fighters have captivated viewers for decades now. However, with such a dense cast of diverse characters, some of them will shine brightly in the spotlight, while others stand by with applause for the main actors. Many of them deserve more love and recognition.
Sajin Komamura, Isane Kotetsu, and Izuru Kira aren’t necessarily the most popular Bleach characters. They might not have a rabid fanbase like Toshiro Hitsugaya or Byakuya Kuchiki, or even attract cult followings like Shuhei Hisagi, but they still have dedicated and devoted fans. Whether it’s due to unrealized potential, a lack of appreciation, or simply being overshadowed by their contemporaries, these are the characters that need to be given some due respect.
More often than not, a hulking mass of muscle in a shonen manga will be used to put over more dangerous threats. Sajin Komamura is a giant anthropomorphic wolf and captain of the 7th Division, best known for getting destroyed by Sosuke Aizen’s Hado #90 – Kurohitsugi during his betrayal of Gotei 13. Despite not having the best showings in the Bleach series, at least when compared to the rest of the captains, he never loses heart in the face of adversity.
