Sasuke’s 10 Strongest Abilities, Ranked

Over the course of many manga chapters and anime episodes, the Naruto series clearly defined who the strongest characters were and what they could do. Right away, it was clear to Naruto fans that both protagonist Naruto Uzumaki and his shonen-style rival Sasuke Uchiha would become two of the story’s strongest characters, and the anime proved them right. For every gain Naruto made in his hero’s journey, Sasuke took an even bigger step.
In the anime’s earliest episodes, Sasuke was skilled with ninja tools and taijutsu as a genin who was ahead of the curve, and his growth grew exponentially from there. One way or another, Sasuke kept adding new jutsu, new ideas, and new traits to his arsenal. By the time Naruto Shippuden launched, Sasuke was at least jonin level, and by one point, he was ready to take on the Kage. Naruto fans can name ten particular jutsu and abilities that got him that far and made him a sinister legend of his generation.
Given how basic taijutsu is, and its inability to perform any supernatural feats, it’s no wonder taijutsu ranks last among Sasuke Uchiha’s most notable abilities. That said, even if taijutsu felt weak compared to the likes of a Susano’o or Tailed Beast powers, it still had a role to play. All ninjas are physical human beings, meaning they can use taijutsu — and will be vulnerable to it.
